The ACCUPRO 12182011 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in metalworking and machining applications. With a 23/64 inch (0.3594 inch) mill diameter, a 7/8 inch length of cut, and a 3/8 inch shank diameter, this tool delivers tight tolerances and reliable stock removal. The TiCN (Titanium Carbonitride) coating increases surface hardness and wear resistance, extending tool life in demanding cuts. Three spiral flutes with a 40-degree helix angle improve chip evacuation and reduce cutting forces. The micrograin carbide substrate supports higher cutting speeds and feeds compared to standard carbide grades.

This end mill suits general-purpose milling operations including slotting, profiling, and peripheral cuts on ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
