The ACCUPRO 12181940 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling operations in ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It features a 13/64 inch (0.2031 inch) cutting diameter, a 5/8 inch length of cut, and a 1/4 inch shank diameter for use in standard collet chucks and tool holders. The AlTiN coating provides heat resistance and extended tool life in high-temperature cutting conditions. A 40-degree helix angle and spiral flute geometry promote efficient chip evacuation and reduce cutting forces. This end mill is center-cutting, allowing plunge entry. It is intended for use by machinists and tool-and-die tradespeople in CNC and manual milling applications.
