The ACCUPRO 12181886 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations in demanding machining environments. It features a 1 inch cutting diameter, a 1-3/4 inch length of cut, and a 0.09 inch corner radius that blends floor-to-wall transitions and reduces stress concentrations at part corners. The tool is coated with AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride) for elevated heat resistance and extended tool life in hardened steels and high-temperature alloys. With a 4 inch overall length and a 40-degree helix angle, it delivers efficient chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes.
