The ACCUPRO 12181478 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations in metalworking and machining environments. It features a 1/2 inch mill diameter, a 1 inch length of cut, and a 0.09 inch corner radius that reduces stress concentrations at the base of milled features. The micrograin carbide substrate provides the hardness and wear resistance required for demanding ferrous and non-ferrous cutting applications. A TiCN coating further extends tool life by improving surface hardness and reducing friction at the cutting edge.
