The ACCUPRO 12181474 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations in metalworking and machining environments. It features a 1/2 inch mill diameter, a 1 inch length of cut, and a 0.02 inch corner radius that reduces stress concentrations at workpiece corners and extends tool life compared to sharp-corner geometry. The TiCN coating improves surface hardness and wear resistance, making it well suited for harder workpiece materials. With a 40-degree helix angle and right-hand spiral flutes, this two-flute tool delivers efficient chip evacuation. It is a single-end, centercutting design, allowing plunge entry as well as conventional peripheral milling. Compatibility

Installation Notes
