The ACCUPRO 12181425 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations in ferrous and hardened materials. It features a 3/8 inch diameter with a 0.015 inch corner radius that reduces stress concentration at the cut edge and extends tool life compared to sharp-corner geometry. The 2-flute, right-hand spiral configuration supports efficient chip evacuation. An AlTiN coating provides high-temperature oxidation resistance, making this end mill well suited for dry or near-dry cutting at elevated spindle speeds. This tool is installed and operated by machinists and CNC programmers in job shop and production environments.

This end mill is used in vertical and horizontal machining centers as well as manual knee mills where a center-cutting, single-end tool is required.
