The ACCUPRO 12181416 is a single-end corner radius end mill designed for precision milling in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Built from micrograin solid carbide and coated with TiCN, it delivers extended tool life in demanding cutting environments. The 0.015-inch corner radius reduces stress concentration at the cutting edge, making it suitable for finishing and semi-finishing passes where sharp corners are not acceptable. With a 40-degree helix angle and 2 right-hand spiral flutes, it evacuates chips efficiently and maintains surface finish quality. Licensed machinists and CNC operators are the primary users of this tooling.

This end mill is sized for use in CNC machining centers and manual mills equipped with 3/8-inch collets or end mill holders. With a 3/8-inch diameter, 7/8-inch length of cut, and 2-1/2-inch overall length, it is well suited for pocket milling, profiling, and slot cutting operations in tool rooms, job shops, and production environments. The centercutting design allows plunge entry where required. Right-hand cutting direction is standard for conventional milling machine spindle rotation.
