The ACCUPRO 12181264 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations in metalworking and machining applications. It features a 1/8 inch diameter with a 0.03 inch corner radius and a TiCN (Titanium Carbonitride) coating that increases surface hardness and wear resistance for extended tool life. The 2-flute, single-end geometry with a 40-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth cutting action. Micrograin carbide construction provides the rigidity and edge retention needed for tight-tolerance work on hardened steels, stainless, and other demanding materials.
