The ACCUPRO 12181198 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. With a 1/8 inch cutting diameter and a 40-degree helix angle, it delivers aggressive chip evacuation and smooth cutting action. The TiCN (Titanium Carbonitride) coating increases surface hardness and wear resistance, extending tool life in abrasive applications. The micrograin carbide substrate provides toughness at small diameters where rigidity is critical. This is a centercutting tool, allowing direct plunge entry into the workpiece.
