The ACCUPRO 12180535 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling in demanding metalworking applications. It features a 1/2-inch diameter, a 0.015-inch corner radius, and four flutes ground from micrograin carbide stock for edge retention and stability. The cutting edges carry an AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride) coating, which improves heat resistance and tool life when machining hardened steels, stainless, and high-temperature alloys at elevated speeds. Variable index flute spacing reduces harmonic chatter during heavy cuts. This is a single-end, centercutting tool suitable for slotting, profiling, and plunge entry.

This end mill fits applications in job shops, tool rooms, aerospace, and precision component manufacturing. The centercutting geometry allows direct plunge entry without a pre-drilled pilot hole.
