The ACCUPRO 12180443 is a 4-flute solid carbide square end mill designed for precision metal removal in demanding machining environments. The 0.375-inch diameter cutting edge pairs with a 40-degree helix angle and spiral flute geometry to produce efficient chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes. An AlTiN coating provides heat and oxidation resistance, extending tool life in high-speed and dry-cutting applications. The micrograin carbide substrate delivers edge retention and rigidity well beyond standard HSS tooling. This end mill is centercutting, allowing direct plunge entry into workpiece material without a pre-drilled pilot hole.
