The ACCUPRO 12180419 is a 4-flute, solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. It carries an AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride) finish that improves heat resistance and extends tool life at elevated cutting speeds. The 40-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and reduces cutting forces. At 3/16 inch in diameter with a 5/8 inch length of cut and 2 inch overall length, this is a compact tool suited for detail work, slotting, profiling, and pocketing.
