The ACCUPRO 12179713 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in metal cutting and machining applications. With a 0.25 inch cutting diameter, a 1.25 inch length of cut, and a 40-degree helix angle, this tool delivers efficient chip evacuation and surface finish quality in a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride) coating adds heat and wear resistance, extending tool life in high-speed and dry-cutting conditions. It is a centercutting design, allowing plunge entry as well as conventional side milling.
