The ACCUPRO 12178966 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in metal and composite materials. It features a 11/64 inch (0.1719 inch) cutting diameter, a 4-flute spiral configuration with a 40-degree helix angle, and an nACRo coating for enhanced wear resistance and heat reduction at the cutting edge. The micrograin carbide substrate provides rigidity and edge retention in demanding cutting conditions. This tool is centercutting, allowing for plunge entry as well as standard peripheral milling. It is installed and operated by machinists and CNC tooling professionals in shop and production environments.
