The ACCUPRO 12178761 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in metalworking and machining applications. The cutter measures 27/64 inch (0.4219 inch) in diameter with a 1 inch length of cut and a 7/16 inch shank diameter. It features a 2-flute spiral configuration with a 40-degree helix angle and an nACRo coating that improves wear resistance and heat management at the cutting edge. Overall length is 2-3/4 inches. The micrograin carbide substrate supports higher cutting speeds and longer tool life compared to standard carbide grades.
