The ACCUPRO 12178702 is a 7-flute solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance milling in demanding shop and production environments. Built from micrograin carbide and coated with AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride), it handles elevated cutting temperatures and abrasive workpiece materials. The 3/4 inch cutting diameter pairs with a 1 inch length of cut and a 37.5-degree helix angle for aggressive chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes. Centercutting geometry allows plunge entry. This tool is installed and operated by machinists on CNC machining centers and manual mills running compatible toolholders.

This end mill suits high-speed finishing and semi-finishing passes in ferrous and non-ferrous materials including hardened steels, stainless alloys, and cast iron.
