The ACCUPRO 12177352 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance milling in demanding machining applications. It features a 3 mm cutting diameter, a 3 mm length of cut, and a 0.25 mm corner radius that produces a controlled blend between the cutting face and sidewall. The tool is coated with AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride), a hard, heat-resistant finish well suited to dry machining and high-speed cutting in ferrous and hardened materials. The micrograin carbide substrate contributes to edge sharpness and wear resistance. This end mill is installed by CNC machinists and tool and die professionals on vertical machining centers, CNC routers, and multi-axis platforms.

This end mill is suited for finish and semi-finish milling operations in steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and hardened alloys. The extended reach geometry, with an 8 mm reach length and 57 mm overall length on a 6 mm shank, allows access to deeper features without sacrificing rigidity.
