The ACCUPRO 12177229 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance milling in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. At 8 mm in diameter with a 14 mm length of cut and a 100 mm overall length, this single-end tool delivers consistent edge geometry in tight-tolerance applications. The AlTiN coating provides thermal resistance and extended tool life at elevated cutting speeds. The 40-degree helix angle promotes smooth chip evacuation and reduces cutting forces. Micrograin carbide substrate supports the edge hardness required for production milling environments. Licensed machinists and CNC operators are the primary installers of this tooling.

This end mill is suited for vertical machining centers, CNC milling machines, and manual knee mills where an 8 mm shank is required.
