The ACCUPRO 12176843 is a single-end corner radius end mill ground from micrograin solid carbide and coated with AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride) for extended tool life in high-heat cutting applications. It features a 1 inch cutting diameter, a 1-3/4 inch length of cut, and a 0.09 inch corner radius that reduces stress concentrations and improves surface finish on profiled pockets and shoulders. The 40-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth cutting action. With a 1 inch shank diameter and 4 inch overall length, this end mill mounts directly in standard ER or end mill holders found on CNC machining centers and manual mills. It is center-cutting, allowing direct plunge entry into the workpiece.
