With a 0.25 inch cutter head diameter and a 90-degree included angle, this tool produces a 0.035 inch chamfer width and a 0.031 inch flat width in a single pass. The bright, uncoated carbide construction provides rigidity and edge retention across a range of materials. Machinists and toolroom technicians install this tool in standard CNC machining centers and manual mills where back-chamfering operations are required without repositioning the workpiece.
This back chamfer tool is suited for production and precision machining environments where deburring, chamfering, or beveling the underside of through-holes is part of the workflow. The 0.25 inch shank diameter fits directly into standard collets and tool holders commonly found in vertical machining centers and manual knee mills.
