The ACCUFORMNMC RPT170 is a double-sided lockout safety inspection tag printed on unrippable vinyl and sized at 3 inches high by 6 inches wide. It is designed for equipment identification and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures in industrial, mechanical, and facilities maintenance environments. Side 1 carries the SAFETY INSPECTION legend along with fields for Equipment ID, Location, and two Date/By entry lines. Side 2 provides two additional Date/By fields for ongoing inspection records. The green legend on durable unrippable vinyl resists tearing through normal handling and environmental exposure. This tag ships in packs of 25 and weighs approximately 0.4 pounds per pack.

Installation Notes
