Accuformnmc RPT156 Blank Vinyl Hang Tag 6x3 in 25 Pack

Product Description

The ACCUFORMNMC RPT156 is a blank rectangular hang tag made from yellow unrippable vinyl for use in industrial, trade, and facility environments. Measuring 6 inches long by 3 inches high, each tag is printed on 2 sides and left intentionally blank for custom field writing or labeling. The vinyl construction resists tearing, moisture, and rough handling, making it appropriate for tagging equipment, valves, pipework, or service items where a durable write-on label is required. Each pack contains 25 tags. The pack format supports stocking at service vans, job sites, or shop counters for ready access.

This tag is suited for HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians, and general maintenance professionals who need a reliable blank tag for lockout/tagout identification, equipment status marking, or job-site part labeling. The rectangle shape and generous 6 by 3 inch face provide adequate writing area for part numbers, dates, technician names, or status notes. No grommets are included, so attachment method is determined by the installer.
