The ACCUFORMNMC IST6307 is a blank-back energy isolation tag designed for pneumatic lockout/tagout applications. The tag measures 6 inches high by 3 inches wide and includes a single grommet for secure hanging at pneumatic isolation points. The front legend reads P-01 THRU P-10 DO NOT REMOVE THIS TAG PNEUMATIC ISOLATION POINT. Installation Notes
