The ACCUFORMNMC IST6301 is a rectangular energy isolation tag designed for lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures in electrical service and maintenance applications. Made from unrippable vinyl, it resists tearing during handling and extended field use. The tag measures 6 inches high by 3 inches wide and features a single printed side with yellow legend text reading E-01 THRU E-10 DO NOT REMOVE THIS TAG ELECTRICAL ISOLATION POINT. The back is blank for handwritten notes. A single grommet allows secure attachment to lockout points, circuit breakers, disconnects, or other electrical isolation hardware. Installation Notes
