The ACCUFORMNMC C1AP is a blank Caution accident prevention label designed for job sites, equipment panels, and industrial or commercial installations where a custom legend or localized message is needed. The label ships with no pre-printed legend, giving installers and facility staff a ready-to-write or overstamp surface with the standard yellow CAUTION header intact. Measuring 5 inches wide by 3 inches high, it is made from pressure-sensitive vinyl with a removable adhesive backing. The black-on-yellow color scheme meets widely recognized accident prevention label conventions, making it appropriate for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general mechanical applications.
This label is used in residential and commercial settings wherever a CAUTION designation is required but the specific warning text must be customized on-site or filled in after installation. Typical applications include equipment panels, conduit, ductwork, pipe runs, control enclosures, and service access points. The removable adhesive allows repositioning without leaving a heavy residue, which is useful for tagging equipment during commissioning or scheduled maintenance cycles. Sold in sheets, with a minimum order quantity of one and a package quantity of five labels.
Designed as a general-purpose accident prevention label for use on mechanical equipment, electrical enclosures, pipe assemblies, and similar surfaces in residential and commercial trade installations where a customizable CAUTION designation is required.
Clean and dry the target surface before applying the label to ensure proper adhesion. For electrical enclosures or control panels, follow NFPA 70 (NEC) labeling requirements for the specific application. The removable adhesive is intended for semi-permanent placement and should not be used as a substitute for permanently affixed required safety markings where local codes mandate them. A licensed trade professional should verify that label placement meets applicable OSHA, NEC, or facility safety standards for the installation.
