The Accuform TAR125 "Danger Do Not Operate" tag is made from 10 mil polyolefin-based PF-Cardstock material. This safety tag measures 6 1/4" X 3" and comes in a roll of 250. It alerts staff to cautions and features a matte surface printed on both sides with space to sign, date, and add notes. The pulp-free tag is tear-resistant and waterproof.
