The ABB TL24415R is a main lug only (MLO) load center rated for 150 amps serving 24 circuit positions in a 3-phase, 4-wire configuration. MLO load centers require an upstream disconnect or breaker to serve as the main shutoff, making this unit well suited for use as a sub-panel in commercial and industrial electrical distribution systems. The 3-phase, 4-wire design supports 120/208-volt or 277/480-volt systems depending on the service configuration. Licensed electricians install this panel as part of branch circuit distribution where a dedicated main breaker is already provided at the upstream service equipment.
This load center is intended for commercial and light industrial applications requiring multi-phase branch circuit distribution. It is commonly installed as a sub-panel fed from a main distribution board or switchboard. The 24-circuit capacity provides ample space for branch circuit breakers across a balanced 3-phase system. Its MLO design keeps the enclosure compact while relying on the upstream service disconnect for overcurrent protection of the feeder conductors.
Designed as an OEM-style MLO load center for 3-phase, 4-wire electrical distribution systems requiring a 150-amp, 24-circuit sub-panel enclosure.
Installation must be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and all applicable local codes. De-energize the upstream feeder and verify absence of voltage with a meter before making any connections to the bus or lugs. As an MLO panel, a properly rated main disconnect or overcurrent device must be installed upstream to protect the feeder. Do not exceed the 150-amp bus rating when sizing the upstream feeder breaker or fused disconnect.
