Product Description

The ABB THP100 is a snap-on handle lock designed to accept a padlock on THQL series circuit breakers. It mounts directly to the breaker handle without tools, providing a physical lockout point that prevents unauthorized or accidental operation of the breaker. This type of lockout device is a standard requirement in facilities maintenance, panel service, and OSHA-compliant lockout/tagout programs. The THP100 does not include a padlock — a standard padlock with the appropriate shackle diameter must be sourced separately. Electricians and facilities personnel install this device on load center breakers where locked-off or locked-on positions must be maintained.

Installation Notes
