The ABB SEDA36AT0100 is a molded case circuit breaker designed for overcurrent protection in commercial and industrial electrical distribution systems. Rated at 100 amps and 600 volts with a 3-pole configuration, it delivers an interrupting capacity of 18 kA at 480 volts. The breaker uses a bolt-on connection type and incorporates solid state trip protection, providing precise, reliable response to overload and short-circuit conditions. Licensed electricians and electrical contractors specify this breaker for panel and switchboard applications where consistent fault protection is required.
This breaker is suited for 3-phase commercial and industrial power distribution applications. It installs in bolt-on style panelboards and switchboards operating at up to 600 volts AC. The solid state trip unit makes it appropriate for circuits requiring electronic overcurrent sensing rather than traditional thermal-magnetic mechanisms. Typical applications include feeder and branch circuit protection in commercial buildings, light industrial facilities, and multi-tenant electrical systems.
Designed as an OEM-style molded case circuit breaker replacement for bolt-on commercial and industrial panelboards and switchboards rated up to 600 volts AC.
Installation must be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and all applicable local codes. De-energize and lock out the panel before removing or installing any circuit breaker. Verify that the panelboard bus rating and interrupt rating are compatible with this breaker before installation. Do not exceed the breaker ampere rating with downstream connected loads.
