The ABB cpl3-g is a PVC coated rigid conduit coupling designed for use in corrosive and demanding industrial environments. Built on a galvanized steel body, it features a 40 mil gray PVC coated exterior and a 2 mil blue urethane coated interior that protects both the fitting and the conduit threads from moisture, chemicals, and abrasion. The total minimum length is 7.03 inches, with a minimum metal length of 3.03 inches. Straight threaded ends with pressure sealing sleeves ensure a secure, moisture-resistant connection. Licensed electricians and electrical contractors install this coupling as part of rigid conduit systems where corrosion protection is required.

This coupling is suited for 3 inch trade size galvanized rigid steel conduit installations in industrial, wastewater, petrochemical, and other corrosive-environment applications where standard metallic fittings would degrade prematurely. Installation Notes
