3M HDCW-80/25-1000 is a heat shrink wrap sleeve designed for repairing damaged cable jacketing. This wraparound sleeve serves as insulation for cables and splices with a voltage rating of up to 1000 V and can be utilized as jacket repair material on cables rated for up to 35 kV. Made from cross-linked polyolefin, this sleeve features adhesive lining for moisture seal protection and excellent mechanical stress resistance.

The heat shrink sleeve's hot melt adhesive creates a secure, moisture-resistant seal ideal for harsh environmental conditions. Its design allows for easy installation in tight spaces using standard heating tools.
