The 3M 86434 mixing nozzle is a disposable static mixing nozzle designed for use with the EPX Plus II applicator and 3M Duo-Pak cartridge systems. It is compatible with 48.5 ml and 50 ml Duo-Pak cartridges in 1:1 and 2:1 ratios and mixes adhesive as it is dispensed. The nozzle features a tapered tip for bead size control and is supplied in cases of 36 nozzles.
