The 3M 8561 is a cold shrink 3-way cable breakout boot that protects the phase leg breakout of medium voltage power cables. Made from silicone rubber, it is designed to shield cables from environmental hazards. The boot comes with a pre-installed removable plastic core, allowing for quick installation without special tools.

• Inner diameter expands to one point ninety-four inches.
