The 3M 7100383700 is a Cubitron II Stikit PSA Film Disc Roll designed for high-performance surface finishing on metal, composites, and painted surfaces. It uses 3M Precision Shaped Ceramic Grain, a triangular-profile mineral engineered to slice through material rather than gouge or plow like conventional abrasives. At 800 plus grit and 3.00 mil backing thickness, this disc roll delivers a controlled, fine finish while maintaining cut rate. Each roll contains 100 discs. The pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) backing allows fast disc changes on compatible backup pads. This product is used by body shop technicians, metal fabricators, and finishing professionals who require consistent cut and finish control.
The 7100383700 is suited for fine finishing and denibbing applications in automotive body, aerospace, and industrial manufacturing environments. The 6 inch diameter fits standard PSA backup pads used across production and detail sanding workflows. The 800 plus grit range makes it appropriate for final prep before topcoat or clear coat. The hole configuration is 600Z, compatible with corresponding backup pad ventilation patterns. Cases are packed 4 rolls, totaling 400 discs per case.
