3M 7100373617 Fastbond 1074 is a water-based, low-VOC (<6%) acrylic spray adhesive formulated for foam and fabric applications. Supplied in 8.2 oz aerosol cans with a solventless air-propelled system, it sprays at any angle and produces soft bond lines without dimpling; it can bond when applied to one or both substrates. Typical uses include upholstery and seating attachment for fabric, felt, and flexible foams; dry time about 15 minutes and full cure in 24 hours at 72 F.
