The 3M 7100331745 is a 2-inch Roloc quick-change fiber disc engineered for aggressive material removal on metal and weld surfaces. Designated as the Cubitron 3 1187C, it uses precision-shaped ceramic grain technology to cut faster and last longer than conventional aluminum oxide discs. Rated at 60 Plus grit, it delivers a controlled cut on steel, stainless steel, and other hard metals without loading. The purple Roloc TR hub design allows for one-handed disc changes on compatible right-angle grinders and disc pads. Sold in quantities of 50 discs per carton, with 200 discs per case. This disc is intended for use by metalworkers, fabricators, welders, and maintenance trades.

Fiber discs should be installed and changed by operators following the tool manufacturer's RPM rating for the grinder and disc. Always power down and disconnect the grinder before changing discs. Inspect the fiber disc for cracks, tears, or delamination before each use and discard damaged discs immediately. Eye protection, hearing protection, and gloves are standard PPE requirements when operating grinding equipment.
