3M 7100309788 is a Cubitron 3 precision shaped ceramic fiber disc, 4-1/2 in diameter with a 7/8 in arbor hole and 36+ grit. The fiber-backed disc is designed for use with a backing plate for weld preparation, beveling, weld grinding, flame-cut smoothing, surface grinding and deburring on stainless steel, heat-sensitive alloys and some non-ferrous metals.

• Precision shaped ceramic grain that continuously fractures to form sharp cutting points and maintain fast cutting performance.
• Stiff fiber backing with a strong resin bond for durability and tear resistance in medium to heavy grinding applications, including robotic operations.
• Includes grinding aid for cooler cutting to reduce metal discoloration and risk of stress cracks on heat-sensitive alloys; packaged 25 per bag (100 per case).
