3M 7100303966 is a Cubitron 3 depressed center grinding wheel sized 4-1/2 in x 1/4 in x 7/8 in with 36+ grit precision-shaped ceramic grain for heavy weld removal and heavy-duty grinding on most materials, including stainless steel, mild steel, and aerospace alloys. The abrasive uses re-engineered precision-shaped ceramic grain that continuously fractures to form fresh cutting points for optimized material breakdown, higher cut rate, and extended service life. Intended for industrial/occupational use only.

  • Size and mounting: 4-1/2 in diameter x 1/4 in thickness with 7/8 in arbor; Type 27 depressed center wheel.
  • Abrasive: 36+ precision-shaped ceramic grain with resin bond for aggressive material removal.
  • Performance: Up to 15% increased cut rate and removes up to 1.5x more material versus 3M Cubitron II; ANSI rated; maximum 13,300 rpm.
