Micron-graded diamond particles are bonded to a flexible, J-weight waterproof cloth backing, producing a consistent cut with a long service life. The disc measures 3 inches in diameter with a 1/2 inch arbor and is rated for operation up to 15000 RPM. A pressure-sensitive adhesive backing allows fast, secure attachment to compatible disc holders without additional fasteners. This disc is suited for precision surface finishing applications where conventional abrasives lose effectiveness against hard substrates.
The 7100192077 is used in tool-and-die, machinist, and precision grinding applications involving carbide tooling, ceramic components, and other hard-to-grind materials. The waterproof cloth backing supports wet grinding with coolants, making it appropriate for applications where heat management and surface finish quality are both critical.
