The 3M 7100159426 is a small-size, NIOSH-approved N95 disposable respirator designed for paint prep, sanding, grinding, and general particulate work. It delivers at least 95 percent filtration efficiency against certain non-oil-based particles and aerosols using Advanced Electrostatic Media, which captures airborne particles while keeping breathing resistance low. The respirator features a soft nose foam cushion, an adjustable noseclip for a secure fit, and stretchable headbands. It is sized for individuals with smaller faces, making it a practical alternative to the standard 8210 N95 respirator on job sites where fit is a concern. Each pack contains 2 respirators. Licensed tradespeople and safety-conscious contractors reach for this unit before dusty surface work begins.
This respirator is suited for residential and light commercial environments where non-oil-based airborne particles are the primary hazard. Recommended applications include drywall sanding, wood sanding, metal grinding, sawing, sweeping, lawn mowing, woodworking, and working with fiberglass insulation particles. It also provides protection against certain particles including mold, granular pesticides, allergens, and nuisance dust. It is not approved for use in atmospheres immediately dangerous to life or health, and occupational or hazardous-environment use requires compliance with a government-regulated respiratory protection program such as an OSHA program.
Designed as an OEM-style small-size alternative to the 3M 8210 N95 disposable respirator, suitable for non-oil-based particulate environments in residential and light commercial applications.
Before each use, perform a user seal check per the instructions on the product packaging to confirm a proper fit. Power down or shut off any equipment generating dust or airborne particles before donning or removing the respirator in confined spaces. Occupational and hazardous-environment use must occur under a regulated respiratory protection program in accordance with applicable OSHA requirements. This respirator is not approved for use by children and must not be used in immediately dangerous to life or health atmospheres.
