3M 7100158345 All Purpose Duct Tape DT8 is a 48 mm x 54.8 m, 8 mil tape constructed of polyethylene film laminated to cloth with a synthetic rubber adhesive. The tape provides high instant adhesion (74 oz/in) and conforms to contoured surfaces while offering hand-tearability from a woven cloth scrim. It bonds to substrates including plastic, glass, and sealed concrete and is suitable for patching, bundling, reinforcing, capping pipe, splicing insulation, and temporary repair.

• Aggressive synthetic rubber adhesive with 74 oz/in adhesion strength for instant tack to metal, glass, plastic and sealed concrete
• Polyethylene over cloth scrim backing provides conformability, easy hand-tearing and tensile strength (542 N/100 mm)
• Usable in low application temperatures (down to 40°F) and up to 130°F for short periods; suitable for patching, bundling, capping and splicing
