The 3M 7100148766 Scotch-Weld EPX mixing nozzle is a plastic helical nozzle designed for use with 48.5 mL and 50 mL 1:1 and 2:1 Duo-Pak two-component structural adhesive cartridges. It meters, mixes, and dispenses adhesive for manual or pneumatic EPX applicators and caulk/adhesive guns; the tapered tip can be trimmed to adjust bead size. A used nozzle can remain on a cartridge to seal leftover adhesive and reduce waste.

  • Helical plastic design provides internal mixing for thorough blending of two-part adhesives.
  • Compatible with 48.5 mL and 50 mL 1:1 and 2:1 Duo-Pak cartridges; fits manual or pneumatic EPX applicators and caulk/adhesive guns.
  • Tapered tip can be cut to adjust bead size; used nozzle can remain on cartridge to seal remaining adhesive.
