Built on an open-web RC material with aluminum oxide abrasive, the disc cleans and finishes in a single pass, reducing overall prep time. The RC backing breaks down under medium pressure to continuously expose fresh fibers and mineral, maintaining cut rate throughout the disc's life. Load-resistant construction resists clogging from paint and corrosion residue, making it effective on flatwork, composites, and softer metals including aluminum.
