The 3M 7100139136 is a one-piece metal collar assembly designed to firestop non-metallic pipe penetrations in fire-rated wall and floor assemblies. The collar encases 3M FS-195+ heat-expanding intumescent material, which activates during a fire event to compress and seal the annular space left by a burning plastic pipe. Sized for 6-inch non-metallic pipe, this device achieves up to 2-hour fire protection in tested and listed systems. It is installed by licensed fire-stop contractors, general contractors, and mechanical tradespeople working on both new construction and retrofit projects.

This device is suited for commercial and residential applications where non-metallic pipe passes through fire-rated gypsum, concrete, or masonry assemblies. Its bracket-style mounting design accepts conventional hardware including toggle bolts for gypsum assemblies and masonry anchors for concrete substrates. Mounting hardware is sold separately.
