It provides full head enclosure as part of a PAPR assembly, creating a physical barrier between the wearer and airborne contaminants in the work environment. The headcover is adjustable for fit and is constructed from polypropylene for lightweight, single-use durability. It is intended for installation and use by safety officers, industrial hygienists, and trained personnel in environments where PAPR respiratory protection is required. The assembly type is TR-602N and is compatible with the BT-30 Breathing Tube connection.
This headcover is intended for use in healthcare and pharmaceutical environments where respiratory and contamination control standards are strictly maintained. It is designed for PAPR system configurations and ships as a kit including the S-133L Headcover, TR-627 Easy Clean Belt, TR-641N Single Station Battery Charger Kit, TR-653 Storage and Cleaning Kit, and TR-6700 Filter Cover. Typical applications include cleanroom work, patient-care settings requiring airborne infection isolation precautions, and pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
Designed for use with PAPR systems using the TR-602N assembly type and BT-30 Breathing Tube. Intended for healthcare and pharmaceutical PAPR configurations as specified by the manufacturer.
This headcover should be donned and doffed by trained personnel following the facility respiratory protection program and applicable OSHA 29 CFR 1910.134 procedures. Power down and disconnect the PAPR blower unit before attaching or detaching the breathing tube connection. Inspect the headcover and all included components for damage or contamination before each use. Disposal and decontamination should follow facility protocol and applicable infection control guidelines.
