The 5 in disc uses a Hookit (hook-and-loop) attachment for quick mounting, includes a grinding aid and resin bond to reduce heat and help prevent discoloration, and is rated to 12,000 rpm for medium-to-high pressure sanding on stainless steel, exotic alloys, carbon steel, cobalt chrome, nickel alloys, and composites.
