Each roll contains 6-inch diameter aluminum oxide discs with a P800 grit rating, mounted on A-weight light paper backing with a pressure-sensitive adhesive for fast attachment to any Stikit-compatible backup pad (sold separately). The open-coat construction reduces disc loading, and a load-resistant coating helps preserve abrasive grain life across extended use. This roll format eliminates individual disc liners, letting technicians pull and apply discs quickly without interrupting workflow.

Installation Notes

Apply the disc by pressing the adhesive side firmly onto a clean, dry Stikit backup pad before use. Worn or torn discs should be replaced immediately to avoid uneven material removal.
