The 3M 7100055056 is a Type 27 ceramic flap disc designed for aggressive material removal on metal, fabricated components, and weld seams. Built around a cloth-backed, coated abrasive construction, this disc delivers consistent cut rates through the life of the wheel. At 60 grit medium grade, it bridges the gap between heavy stock removal and surface blending. The 7-inch diameter and 5/8-11 arbor hole fit standard right-angle grinders used in metal fabrication, structural steel work, and industrial maintenance. A maximum rated speed of 13,300 RPM keeps it compatible with most full-size angle grinders in that class. Installation Notes
