The 3M 7100050403 is a convolute deburring wheel designed for aggressive edge blending, deburring, and surface conditioning on metal workpieces. Built with aluminum oxide abrasive at a density grade of 5 (medium), this wheel removes burrs and light scale without significantly altering part geometry. It measures 6 inches in diameter with a 0.5 inch face width and accepts a 1 inch center hole.
