Product Description
The 3M 7100045865 Cubitron II Stikit film disc uses 3M Precision Shaped Ceramic grain on a film backing to deliver high material removal for stock removal and finish preparation. The 5 in, 120+ grit disc features a Stikit pressure-sensitive adhesive backing for quick attachment to compatible backup pads and is designed for use with random orbital sanders and other disc sanders. Open-coat construction and film backing improve tear resistance and edge retention.
- Precision Shaped Ceramic grain provides fast cutting and extended life; cuts up to 2x faster and lasts up to 6x longer than conventional abrasives
- Film backing with Stikit (PSA) attachment offers greater tear resistance, edge retention, and quick attach/remove to Stikit backup pads
- Open-coat construction and 3 mil polyester film backing; suitable for metals, composites, gelcoat, whitewood, paint prep, and woodworking; maximum 12000 rpm
